Our goal is to provide our customers with the service they need, when they need it, and to eliminate pests, wherever we can, so they won't/can't come back.
There are many aspects to doing the best we can for our customers. Here are some of those:
1. Some folks need a regularly scheduled service...some want such a service, others neither want nor need to be on service all the time. For this reason, we do not require, or even use, contracts for length of service.
2. The most important key to success in pest control is inspection and proper identification of the pest
3. Once the problem has been properly identified, we use products designed to eliminate the pest, not just scare them away temporarily.
Ants: Ant control is sometimes easy, at others, very difficult. We use two non-repellent insecticides, and the most successful ant bait ever, Advion, to kill ants. When you don't have ants, you don't need to worry about whether or not someone left a crumb on the counter.
Rodents: Mice and rats are very important carriers of disease, and spoil billions of dollars worth of food and other products every year. Effective rodent control always involves looking for ways to exclude rodents from your house or business.
Spiders: Most spiders are not only harmless, but beneficial to humans. After all, they eat bugs for a living! However, sometimes they are a nuisance, and other times present some danger to us, so steps can be taken to reduce the number of ants in or around your home.
Worried about your children or pets? A competent professional will always strive for the least toxic solutions to pest infestations. Be sure to ask about what this means for your particular situation.
